What this service is — and is not

Kaam Bazaar is a free peer-to-peer discovery tool. People publish their own listings and find each other. It is not a recruitment agency, employment agency, manpower supplier, or labour broker.

We do not recruit, screen, place, sponsor, employ, or supply workers. We charge no fee for introductions, applications, placements, visas, or travel, and we take no commission or cut of any wage, salary, or payment agreed between users. Any money, work, contract, or travel arrangement is strictly between the users involved, and Kaam Bazaar is not a party to it.

Listings are written by users and are not verified by us. You are solely responsible for complying with the employment, immigration, visa, and labour laws that apply to you — including, where relevant, the labour regulations of Kuwait, India, and any other country you list or apply in.

The app is free to download and use. An optional paid visibility upgrade may be offered through Google Play; it only affects where your own listing appears and never buys an introduction, a job, or a hire.

Who may use Kaam Bazaar

Kaam Bazaar is for adults aged 18 and above. Soft-launch domains are Roozgaar Bazaar, Driver jobs, and Kuwait Jobs. You must follow local law for work, travel, visas, and hiring in every country you list or apply in.

Community rules

Use truthful, respectful information. Harassment, exploitation, illegal services, impersonation, spam, and sharing another person’s private data are prohibited. Do not put phone numbers or WhatsApp on public cards — chat unlocks only after a mutual match.

Listings & photos

You are responsible for the accuracy of your posts and for having the right to upload each photo. Photos are compressed and may be rejected by automated moderation. Clear face or workplace photos may be required in some forms. Domain labels describe markets; they are not affiliation with any employer, government, or brand named in a listing.

Trust labels

Trust labels are self-attested. They are not government or cryptographic verification. Use judgment before meeting, hiring, paying, or sharing further personal details.

Moderation & enforcement

Listings and accounts may be removed for policy or safety reasons. Repeated or serious violations lead to account termination. Report tools (block, report post, report underage) are available from Browse Safety.

Matches & messaging

Browse freely; liking, publishing, and contact unlock require a durable account (Google sign-in plus WhatsApp). WhatsApp opens only after mutual interest and contact unlock. Kaam Bazaar does not guarantee jobs, hires, rides, day work, or outcomes of any conversation, and does not vouch for any user, employer, wage, or working condition described in a listing.

No warranty, and your own risk

Kaam Bazaar is provided as-is, without warranty. Because we are a discovery tool and not a party to what users agree between themselves, we are not liable for hiring decisions, wages, working conditions, travel, visa outcomes, or any loss arising from contact made through the app. Verify the other person independently before you travel, pay money, hand over documents, or start work.
