What this app does

Kaam Bazaar is a free multi-domain discovery app. Soft launch covers three work markets in one account: Roozgaar Bazaar, Driver jobs, and Kuwait Jobs. You browse redacted listing cards, express interest, and open chat only after a mutual match. More domains may appear later without changing this account model.

It is not a recruitment agency, employment agency, or labour broker. We do not place workers and take no commission on anything users agree between themselves. See the Community terms for the full statement.

Information we collect

• Account: Google sign-in identity (email / provider UID) on Android and production web; phone OTP where enabled (web / admin flows); display name (your Google email), city, preferred language; and the one WhatsApp number you save for contact unlock after a match.
• Listings: the text fields and photos you publish per domain (photos are compressed before upload).
• Activity: likes, matches, blocks, reports, chat-open signals, and public share cards you create.
• Device & integrity: push-notification tokens, crash logs, anonymized analytics, and App Check / reCAPTCHA signals used to protect the API.
• Trust labels: self-attested flags (for example “ID+”). We do not collect or store government ID document images.

How your information is used

• Browse cards show only redacted, non-contact information — never phone or WhatsApp on the public card.
• WhatsApp stays in a private vault (one number per account). It unlocks for chat only after mutual interest in the same domain and a durable, verified session on both sides.
• Like, publish, and contact actions require a durable account (Google sign-in plus a WhatsApp number you control).
• Uploaded photos are screened by automated moderation (including SafeSearch / face checks where enabled) before they appear publicly.
• Push tokens deliver match and safety notifications.
• Analytics and crash data keep the app reliable.

Where data is stored

Data is processed and stored on Google Firebase (Firestore, Cloud Storage, Authentication, Cloud Functions, Cloud Messaging, Analytics, Crashlytics, and App Check). Hosting for this policy and the web app is on Firebase Hosting (hope-aaaa-4eee0.web.app / aaaa-4eee0.web.app).

What we never do

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it with employers, agencies, or recruiters. We do not show your phone or WhatsApp number on any public card. We do not use your photos for anything other than the listings you created and safety moderation of those uploads. We do not charge you for introductions and take no commission on any arrangement you make. Kaam Bazaar is not affiliated with Meta, Google, any employer, or any hiring brand named in user listings.

Sharing

Public share links (/c/…) contain only the redacted card you chose to share — never contact details. Data processors are limited to the Google Firebase services listed above.

Retention & deletion

Your data is kept while your account is active. You can delete your account and data at any time from Me → Settings → Data & account deletion inside the app, or follow this deletion page. Deletion requests are completed within 30 days.

Age requirement

Kaam Bazaar is for adults aged 18 and above. Underage profiles are removed and can be reported from any card via Safety → Report underage.
